Job Overview
The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for the direct sales and distribution of Sonia Foods products within assigned territories, utilizing company vehicles. This role demands a customer-centric approach, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to effectively manage inventory and collections.Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the full range of Sonia Foods Industries products to retailers and distributors.
- Manage a designated sales route, ensuring consistent product availability and visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales records, manage stock levels within the van, and handle cash and electronic payments.

Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Nigerian market and sales territories is an advantage.
- Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of products.
