Job Overview
The Van Sales Representative will be instrumental in driving sales and ensuring the consistent availability of CWAY products to our diverse customer base across designated territories. This role involves direct engagement with retailers and consumers, managing inventory within the sales van, and representing the CWAY brand with professionalism.Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Promote and sell CWAY products to existing and potential clients within assigned routes.
- Manage and maintain inventory of products within the sales van, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with retailers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the sales van.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to load and unload products.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Residency within or near the designated sales territory is an advantage.
