Job Overview
The Utility Officer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of various utility systems within Whassan Nigeria Limited and Adasa Catering Services Ltd facilities. This role demands a proactive approach to maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety protocols to guarantee uninterrupted service delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain all building utility systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and water treatment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues.
- Respond promptly to utility-related emergencies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
Requirements
