Job Overview
This position is responsible for overseeing and implementing robust quality assurance processes for all e-business operations. The Unit Head will also champion the use of analytics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies for e-business products and services.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance and analytics professionals.
