Job Overview
This role is crucial in shaping Everkind's external voice and engagement through compelling user-generated content and strategic communications. You will be instrumental in building brand awareness and fostering a strong community around Everkind's mission and the talented clinicians we support.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy to source, curate, and publish engaging user-generated content (UGC) across various platforms.
- Collaborate with clinicians and telehealth partners to gather authentic testimonials, case studies, and success stories.
- Craft compelling written and visual content that highlights Everkind's value proposition and impact.
- Manage and monitor social media channels, responding to inquiries and fostering community interaction.
- Assist in developing and distributing internal and external communications, including newsletters and press releases.
- Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or communications.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and tone.
