Job Overview
The Trade & Deposit Relationship Manager will serve as a key client interface within our Business Banking unit, responsible for managing and developing relationships with medium to large-sized corporate clients. This role combines relationship management expertise with product knowledge in trade finance and deposit solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned corporate clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Manage trade finance products including letters of credit, guarantees, and documentary collections
- Structure customized deposit solutions aligned with client liquidity and investment needs
- Monitor client portfolios and ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures
- Prepare financial proposals and pitch new banking solutions to prospects
- Achieve revenue targets and growth objectives within assigned client portfolio
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business banking, relationship management, or trade finance
- Strong understanding of trade finance products and deposit services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking systems
- Professional certification (CIB, FFIT) preferred
