Job Overview
The Terminal Operations Manager (Southwest) will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of all terminal operations within the Southwest region. This includes managing staff, optimizing resource allocation, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards, and driving customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance terminal efficiency and profitability.
- Manage and lead terminal staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee daily terminal activities, including passenger boarding, baggage handling, and vehicle dispatch.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
