Job Overview
The Technical Sales Executive will be instrumental in driving sales growth for Toptech Engineering's innovative solutions within the US market. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical power systems, data centre infrastructure, and sophisticated sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new client relationships within target industries.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of Toptech's product and service offerings.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Toptech's expertise.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
- Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the power engineering or data centre industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical power systems, UPS, PDUs, and environmental control for critical facilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
