Job Overview
The Talent & Organisational Development Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing talent management strategies, organisational development initiatives, and employee engagement programmes. This role plays a critical function in building organisational capacity, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment between human resources practices and strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies
- Design and deliver organisational development programmes and training initiatives

Requirements
