Job Overview
The Talent and Learning Advisor will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective talent management and learning and development strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for employee growth, performance enhancement, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within TSL.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.
- Design and implement robust onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisal cycles.
- Identify learning needs and develop targeted training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Manage and curate the learning and development curriculum, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate employee development initiatives and career pathing programs.
- Analyze talent and learning data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Champion a positive and engaging company culture that supports professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent management and learning and development.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and relevant legislation in Nigeria.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
- Proficiency in HRIS and learning management systems (LMS).
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in the logistics or related industry is a plus.
