Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Genesis Group by sourcing, attracting, and engaging exceptional talent across all our business units. - * Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for various roles across Genesis Group's diverse business units. * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage. * Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop effective sourcing plans. * Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, recruitment agencies, and direct sourcing methods, to build a robust talent pipeline. * Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume review, initial interviews, and reference checks, to assess qualifications and cultural fit. * Champion the Genesis Group employer brand, promoting our values and career opportunities to attract top talent. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). * Provide ongoing market intelligence on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in talent acquisition, preferably within the Nigerian market or a similar emerging economy. * Demonstrated ability to source, attract, and recruit for a variety of roles, including those requiring specialized skills and experience. * Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms for professional networking. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. * A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and legal requirements in Nigeria. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
