Job Overview
The Station Manager will be responsible for the overall efficient and profitable operation of a designated fuel station, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational safety, and adherence to company policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily station operations, including fuel dispensing, retail sales, and inventory control.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Supervise and train station staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage petty cash, reconcile daily sales, and prepare reports.
