Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Frontend Software Developer to drive innovation in our software development lifecycle. This role involves translating complex requirements into elegant and functional user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement UI/UX strategies.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize user flows and interactions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Frontend Software Developer.
- Experience supporting Federal Government clients, ideally within DoD or the Intelligence Community.
- Proficiency in relevant front-end frameworks and languages (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
