Job Overview
The Specialist - Financial Systems Support will be responsible for providing expert technical and functional support for MTN Nigeria's financial systems. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing the efficiency and reliability of these critical platforms, ensuring accurate financial reporting and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line and second-line support for financial system users, resolving issues and answering queries in a timely manner.
- Perform system administration tasks, including user access management, configuration, and data integrity checks.
- Collaborate with IT and other business units to implement system updates, patches, and new functionalities.
- Participate in system testing and validation to ensure successful deployment of changes.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.

- Support financial reporting processes by ensuring data availability and system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supporting financial systems (e.g., ERP systems, accounting software).
