Job Overview
This is a fully remote, task-based opportunity for experienced software engineers. The core of the role is to identify and transform complex changes within a codebase known to the engineer into distinct AI coding tasks. These tasks are instrumental in evaluating and improving the capabilities of leading AI coding models.Key Responsibilities
- Identify significant and complex code changes from familiar repositories.
- Develop well-defined AI coding tasks based on these changes.
- Ensure tasks are challenging for AI models but fair for skilled engineers.
- Submit tasks for review and potential inclusion in AI model training datasets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a software engineer with strong coding proficiency.
- Familiarity with at least one substantial codebase.
- Ability to design and articulate complex technical problems.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
