- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive SBC strategies and action plans.

- Design, pilot, and scale up innovative SBC interventions.
- Provide technical guidance and capacity building to government counterparts and partners.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of SBC activities.
- Advocate for the integration of SBC approaches in national policies and programs.
- Foster collaboration and partnerships with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Social and Behavioral Sciences, Public Health, Communication, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in social and behavior change communication, with a focus on child-related issues.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing evidence-based SBC strategies in complex humanitarian or development contexts.
- Strong analytical, research, and evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of local Nigerian languages is an asset.
