Job Overview
SEEPCO is seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Supervisor – Mechanical to join our team in Nigeria. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our mechanical equipment and facilities during assigned shifts. The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians, oversee maintenance activities, and contribute to the overall operational integrity of our assets.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct mechanical maintenance technicians during shifts.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Oversee and participate in the execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

Requirements
