Job Overview
As the Lead, Quality Assurance, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our QA strategy, ensuring the highest standards of quality for our cutting-edge platform. You will lead a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and meticulous testing to deliver robust and reliable solutions to our global user base.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Quality Assurance engineers, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases.
- Oversee the execution of various testing types, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and engineering teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the SDLC.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Advocate for best practices in quality assurance and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in a Lead QA role, with a strong track record of leading testing initiatives.
- Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
