The Senior Product Manager will own the vision, strategy, and execution for CodePath's learner-facing platform. You will deeply understand the needs of our student users and translate those insights into innovative product features that enhance learning outcomes, engagement, and user satisfaction. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, user empathy, and a data-driven approach to product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product roadmap for the learner platform.
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities.
- Write detailed product requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, curriculum, and marketing teams.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform success.
