Job Overview
The Senior Manager, Change Enablement will lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for Cox Automotive Fleet initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence across various levels of the organization to ensure seamless transitions and maximize the impact of our strategic projects.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic change management plans for key fleet initiatives.
- Assess organizational readiness and identify potential change barriers.

Requirements
