Job Overview
The Senior Estate Surveyor & Valuer will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality valuation and surveying services to a diverse client base across the Abuja property market. This position demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of local market dynamics and a proven track record in delivering accurate and insightful property advice.Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive valuations of a wide range of property types for various purposes, including investment, development, and financial reporting.
- Providing expert advice on property acquisition, disposal, and portfolio management.
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentoring and guiding junior members of the surveying team.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Surveyor or equivalent.
- Registered Valuer with relevant professional body.
