Job Overview
As a Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js) at Credit Direct Limited, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and secure. You will be responsible for leading the development of new features, improving existing ones, and collaborating with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - * Design, develop, and maintain our backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and secure * Lead the development of new features and improvements to existing ones, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions * Write high-quality, testable, and efficient code, following best practices and industry standards * Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of our backend systems * Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to our coding standards * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working with our support team to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our backend systems * Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles
Requirements
