Job Overview
The Senior Associate (Strategy and Delivery) will play a crucial role in supporting HSDF's mission by contributing to the design, development, and implementation of health sector strategies. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a practical understanding of project execution in a complex development environment. You will work closely with senior leadership and project teams to ensure the effective delivery of HSDF's initiatives and impact.Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and operational frameworks for health sector programs.
- Provide analytical support for policy analysis, situational assessments, and evidence-based recommendations.
- Assist in the design and implementation of project monitoring and evaluation systems.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in strategy development, program management, or health sector consulting.
