Job Overview
This position is instrumental in enhancing our data capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data models and pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for various stakeholders across the organization.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize data models and ETL/ELT processes to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to provide clean, reliable data for reporting and experimentation.
- Implement and maintain data quality checks and monitoring systems.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of our data platform.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices in data engineering.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Analytics Engineer or in a similar data engineering role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Experience with dbt (data build tool) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.
