Job Overview
The Security Supervisor will be instrumental in overseeing and coordinating security operations at Proforce Limited's facilities in Nigeria. This role demands a proactive and vigilant individual with a proven ability to manage security personnel, implement effective security protocols, and ensure the safety and protection of company assets and personnel.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and manage a team of security guards, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures to mitigate risks and enhance safety.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits of premises to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Respond effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action.
- Maintain detailed records of security activities, incidents, and investigations.
- Liaise with internal departments and external security agencies as required.

Requirements
