Job Overview
The Sales Representative will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and strengthening customer relationships within Nigeria. This role involves proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, effectively promoting our comprehensive range of medical supplies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new leads and business opportunities within the Nigerian healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Present and promote Afrimedical's product portfolio, highlighting quality, safety, and innovation.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit and volume.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the medical supplies or pharmaceutical industry in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
