Job Overview

- * Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Gbovo Finance’s overall business objectives and growth targets. * Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback to ensure targets are met or exceeded. * Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances within the financial services sector and related industries. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their financial needs and positioning Gbovo Finance as their preferred lending partner. * Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify areas for strategic advantage and product development. * Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and deal closure. * Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer acquisition and satisfaction. * Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and challenges.
Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
