Job Overview
The Project Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering fabric-related aspects of our projects meet the highest quality standards and adhere to project specifications, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the Quality Control plan for engineering fabric materials and installations.
- Conduct inspections and testing of engineering fabrics at various stages of the project lifecycle.
- Review material certifications, test reports, and compliance documents for engineering fabrics.
- Identify and document non-conformities, propose corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate quality records and prepare regular reports for project management.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards during all quality control activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Engineer, with specific experience in engineering fabrics.
- In-depth knowledge of fabric types, properties, testing methods, and relevant industry standards (e.g., API, ASTM).
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
