Job Overview
The Sales Admin Officer will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, managing sales documentation, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate sales records and contributing to the achievement of departmental KPIs, including Monthly Sales Achievement and Gross Profit Performance, as well as New Business Development.Key Responsibilities
- Processing sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining and updating client records and sales databases.
- Coordinating with the sales team to schedule meetings and prepare sales materials.
- Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
