- * Oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more Betgr8 retail betting shops, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience. * Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and achieving revenue targets. * Manage and motivate a team of retail staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing and customer-centric culture. * Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including responsible gaming practices. * Maintain the highest standards of shop presentation, cleanliness, and security, creating an inviting and safe environment for customers. * Manage inventory levels, stock control, and cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently. * Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and customer engagement within the designated retail areas. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
