Job Description
The Client Support Specialist plays a central role in delivering an excellent client experience. The successful candidate will conduct migration assessments, facilitate job placements, and provide end-to-end support to clients throughout their relocation journey. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client cases
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
