Job Overview
The Relationship Officer will be instrumental in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. You will act as the primary point of contact, building trust and loyalty to drive customer retention and acquisition.Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial needs and explain Credit Direct's loan products.
- Process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant financial products.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services sector.
