Job Overview
The Relationship Officer will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with our MSME clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering appropriate microfinance solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to client acquisition, portfolio management, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new MSME clients through targeted outreach and networking.
- Assess client creditworthiness and financial needs through thorough analysis.
- Develop and present tailored loan proposals and financial product solutions.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor client loan performance and proactively address any potential issues.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and portfolio growth objectives.

Requirements
