Job Overview
The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within Nigeria, aligning HR strategies with M-P Infrastructure's business objectives. This pivotal role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to talent management, employee relations, and organizational development to support our continued growth and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support the Nigerian business unit.
- Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Drive HR initiatives related to organizational change, culture building, and employee engagement.
- Provide HR guidance and support to local management teams.
- Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR management experience in Nigeria.
- Proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and HR policy development.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor law and employment practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
