Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using resume databases and application forms.
• Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person.
• Administer and grade aptitude tests where required.
• Post job openings on the company’s career portals, social media, and job boards.
• Provide hiring managers with qualified candidate shortlists.
• Prepare job offer letters and respond to inquiries about compensation and benefits.
• Participate in job fairs, recruitment campaigns, and in-house hiring events.
• Work closely with managers to identify present and future hiring needs.
• Support new hires during onboarding and act as a resource for initial inquiries.
• Serve as a liaison to clients—answer questions, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage client complaints by providing timely and accurate solutions.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND / BA in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer-service orientation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently.
