Job Overview
The Recruiter will be instrumental in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying client needs to onboarding successful candidates. You will leverage various sourcing channels, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients and Odixcity Consulting.Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and provide pre-employment support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our HRIS.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
