Job Overview
The Pump Attendant will be responsible for dispensing fuel to customers, ensuring accurate transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe service station environment. This role is crucial to delivering Fatgbems' commitment to exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities
- Dispense petroleum products to customers accurately and efficiently.
- Operate the fuel pumps and related equipment safely and correctly.
- Process customer payments and provide correct change.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding fuel types and services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the forecourt and surrounding areas.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE/GCE).
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Previous experience as a pump attendant is an advantage.
