Job Overview
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process at the Erojim Shoe Factory, ensuring that manufacturing targets are met efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, meticulous planning, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans to meet demand forecasts and operational objectives.
- Manage and supervise production teams, fostering a culture of performance and safety.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
