- Develop and implement comprehensive people transformation strategies aligned with Moniepoint’s vision and strategic priorities.
- Lead change management efforts across the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and high employee adoption rates.
- Design and oversee programs focused on talent development, organizational design, and employee engagement.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and address key people-related challenges and opportunities.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workforce.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
