Core Duties
- Lead end-to-end client engagement delivery, including onboarding, scoping, and execution
- Establish and implement governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and performance standards
- Maintain high-quality service delivery while managing risks and ensuring excellent client experience
- Oversee financial performance including billing, work in progress, and profit margins
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, workforce planning, and staff development initiatives
- Improve operational efficiency by implementing tools, dashboards, and internal communication systems
Required Experience
- Minimum of 10 years experience in professional services, consulting, or a similar environment
- Proven ability to build and scale operational systems within advisory or consulting firms
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience managing teams and driving performance
- Ability to collaborate and influence across teams effectively
- Professional accounting qualification is an added advantage but not required
