Job Overview
The Platform Support Engineer (PSH APP) will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our Metering Platform applications. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and support the platform's infrastructure and users.Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for the PSH APP platform.
- Monitor platform performance and identify potential issues.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware related incidents.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams on issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and system configurations.
- Assist with platform upgrades, deployments, and maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar IT role.
