Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree is an added advantage. * Proven experience (minimum of 3-5 years) in a performance management, business analysis, or similar role. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. * Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. * A thorough understanding of performance frameworks and methodologies. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
