Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement
- Calculate deductions including taxes, pensions, and statutory contributions
- Maintain confidential payroll records and employee documentation
- Reconcile payroll accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports and tax filings for regulatory agencies
- Liaise with HR on employee data updates and changes
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience in Nigeria
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and labour regulations
- Proficiency in payroll software and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
