Job Overview
The Patient Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient care and administrative operations within Medicaid Radiology Limited, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all individuals utilizing our advanced diagnostic services. This role requires a strong commitment to patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the patient services team, providing guidance and fostering a patient-centric approach.
- Develop and implement protocols to optimize patient flow, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out processes.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of patient registration, insurance verification, and billing procedures.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with medical and technical staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Monitor and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in patient services or a similar managerial role within a healthcare setting.
- Proven experience in managing front-desk operations, scheduling, and patient registration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare billing processes.
