Job Overview
As Outlet/Depot Manager, you will oversee all operational activities at your assigned location, ensuring efficient inventory management, superior customer service, and sales performance. You will be responsible for maintaining product quality standards, managing staff, and driving profitability while representing Berger Paints' commitment to excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily outlet operations and inventory control
- Supervise and develop outlet staff performance

Requirements
