Job Overview

You will work closely with project staff and beneficiaries to gather essential information for program monitoring and evaluation.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and implementation of MEAL tools and methodologies.
- Collect and input program data from field activities and stakeholders.
- Support the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular monitoring reports and updates.
- Assist in facilitating learning sessions and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure accountability to beneficiaries and stakeholders through data management.
- Maintain organized and accurate project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data collection, management, and analysis.
- Familiarity with MEAL principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
