- Support program teams in utilizing M&E findings for adaptive management and learning.
- Contribute to proposal development by providing M&E-related technical input and data.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Development, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in M&E, with a strong understanding of M&E frameworks and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing digital M&E tools (e.g., CommCare, KoboToolbox, ODK, or similar).
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R, or advanced Excel).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor staff.
- Experience working in a humanitarian or development context, preferably in Nigeria or similar settings.
