Job Overview
The Mixologist will be responsible for crafting innovative and high-quality cocktails, ensuring consistency, and contributing to the overall beverage program and guest satisfaction at J-Six Group.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create signature cocktails, keeping abreast of current trends and customer preferences.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area, adhering to all food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, offering recommendations and ensuring a positive bar experience.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of all spirits, liqueurs, mixers, and garnishes.
- Train and mentor junior bar staff on beverage preparation and service standards.
Requirements
