Job Overview
The Merchant Engagement Executive will be responsible for driving merchant satisfaction, growth, and retention across various categories on Konga.com. - Develop and execute strategies to onboard new merchants and enhance the experience of existing partners.
- Proactively engage with merchants to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth on Konga.com.
- Provide training and support to merchants on platform features, best practices, and promotional activities.
- Monitor merchant performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve merchant queries and concerns efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for merchant needs and contribute to platform improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar client-facing role within the e-commerce or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian e-commerce market and merchant challenges.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
