- * **Personal Assistant to CMD:** Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Medical Director, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports. * **Medical Lab Scientist (NYSC):** Conduct a range of laboratory tests and analyses accurately and efficiently, ensuring the integrity and reliability of results to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. * **NYSC Member (Accountant):** Assist the finance department with various accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation of accounts, and supporting financial reporting, ensuring adherence to established accounting principles. * **NYSC Member (Business Growth Associate):** Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the hospital's outreach and service offerings, supporting business development strategies and patient engagement efforts. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of work. * Adhere strictly to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols. * Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless operations. * Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement within your respective role.
Requirements
- * **Personal Assistant to CMD:** A Bachelor's degree in Administration, Public Relations, or a related field is required, coupled with significant prior experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting. * **Medical Lab Scientist (NYSC):** A Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized institution is essential, along with a completed or ongoing NYSC service year.
